Bottom of the chicken had been sitting in grease so long that one thigh could soak through two to three napkins. Since they don’t do buffet anymore I’m guessing not many people come inside, because they don’t pay much attention to the inside. Be it customers or the general state of the interior. Multiple water leaks soaking through the ceiling tiles. The chicken was still tasty and juicy, though the mac and cheese was watery.

Ordered a bucket of chicken after eating it I realized my chicken was raw! Called the store to make a complaint and got the Cooks name (Justin Smith) called back a week later still nothing was done! So just so everyone knows this KFC allows their cooks to serve raw chicken!

If I could have left a review without any stars I would have. Took my daughter here yesterday for lunch, ordered two wrap deals, the two for five, asked for a bigger piece of chicken because last time it was tiny. We pulled out of the drive thru to look at the food, the bag was soaked with Cole slaw juice. We opened them to find one piece of chicken that had been cut into a very small piece, and one wrap had a piece of a nugget looking piece. The whole wrapper was drenched and dripping. We took them in and tge manager, Linda grabbed the food with force, and went to make more, I watched as she made them and asked her to get the juice out of the slaw being it was dripping so badly, she said she did, I told her she didn’t I was watching…she says, I’m not going to argue with you and was very rude…I to her I know she isnt!! Another customer walked out. I will be contacting corporate office. Very bad experience…too bad I didn’t get a photo or video but didn’t think it was going to come to that

The men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting the smell was horrid and was extremely dirty. My wife said the women’s bathroom was the same way except her feet stuck to the floor as if she walked through something sticky. We had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone came to service us and there was nobody else there. The employees were not wearing any kind of gloves while making foods except for one girl. So if you were wearing the purple hoodie and glasses my wife said thank you for remaking our food. Do not suggest this location though.
