They don’t use KFC recipe, Colonel Sanders would roll over. Most horrible chicken ever. I returned it. The staff was very nice about it. Gave me my money back because they knew it was awful. Said it was the cook ♀️. Harrodsburg can definitely do better! Yuk I wish I could give negative stars on the food. Sides were ok.

Ordered with a special request that had us pulled to wait 22 mins & they’d bring it out to us… which we were fine with cuz of the special request… Well we actually ended up having to go inside to get our food after 35-40 mins!!! Then when we got home and laid the food out realized they didn’t give us the tenders we ordered!! Ugh! Wasn’t going back out so I just took it as a loss!! But surely, with having over 40 mins to make & pack it up, my order should have been right!!! Right?!?!

Worst KFC experience ever. My food was fine, but my mom’s biscuit still had raw dough on the outside and her fiance order was horrible. His chicken was extremely dry, coleslaw was extremely slimey to the point it’s had to sit out all day. Worker told us “we don’t refrigerate it anymore” even his fries were bad, he was not offered any refund or replacement food. Manager absolutely would not come out from his office. The coleslaw issue is a Hazzard for foodpoisoning. I would not bring your children here at all.

This KFC location at 7.30 p.m. on 8/6/22 waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line was backed up , items on menu had stickers saying out of item , both on taco bell and KFC side , My family was there to get a fried chicken family meal , when we placed are order the person on drive thru said they was out of fried chicken , but on the outside drive thru menu said it was available , but they did have alot of stickers on items that where out of stock , they should.keep there drive sign updated and not waste people’s time , it also seemed like they was short staff they was only taking one order until the customer drove off with there food flooding the line thru the drive thru , don’t no exactly what was going on with this certain store , but we had to go to Lee’s chicken instead and we didn’t have a long wait A+ service ,reason I’m writing this is I’m just making people aware of what I went thru
