On May 31st, 2023 around 2 pm ; order 8 pieces meal. Support to be 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs and 2 drums but they did not give me (2) thighs. They gave me 3 wings and 3 drums. Ridiculous. Called the restaurant and they asked me to come and get that 2 pieces of legs!! I live 20 minutes from that location. It’s not worth the gas to drive there.

Terrible service inside. I was the only customer and couldn’t get waited on. They looked but were too busy talking with each other. I waited and waited, finally walked out. I’ve tried this place several times and watched others leave. Last time the food was sub par. No management what so ever. Absolutely the worst food and service. They don’t give a hoot. Workers are collecting a check for doing NOTHING. Who ever owns this KFC is as inept as the so called workers. Never again.

Every time I come to this KFC on Lagrange road they make you wait for the food even if you come 5 minutes after they open. Never have chicken ready always wait on everything like what the heck do these people do. Update:. Went today 02/22/2022. I know right? Had to wait 12 minutes for the buffalo wings but son said it was worth it . Slowly improving.

I love KFC. I truly do. However, on this occasion they barely put any spicy sauce on my spicy chicken sandwich. Also, the pick up option requires you to go thru the drive thru. So if the drive thru is backed up it doesn’t provide any benefit to order ahead, unlike McDonald’s which has a separate place to pick up call ahead orders. Also, they had a good deal on 10 pieces of chicken for $7 but only after I get to the window to pay and asked did they tell me they had crispy chicken left. They were going to stick me with what they had left without telling me.

What was once my favorite fast food joint in Anchorage is now somewhere I can never eat again. I stood at the counter for 13 minutes waiting to order. No one looked at me, the manager walked past me three times, and I then noticed the man cooking and sorting chicken, reach into his groin area and “scratch” himself before picking up the tongs and serving the next box of chicken up to the next Drive thru customer. I couldn’t get outside fast enough to the customer in line. Never again. What a shame.

I’ve loved eating here since I was a child but no longer the amount of food I just order and I had to pay .50 per sauce cup didn’t even come with one free one like most places .25 per packet of ketchup for the fries that’s just ridiculous I understand inflation but this is flat out robbery at its finest
