Went to the drive-thru service was fast, after making my order I pulled around to get it and was told to pull ahead to wait. After waiting for 10 minutes I finally got my new and improved chicken nuggets. I ordered the 12-piece paid and left. Then when I got where I was going I only received an eight-piece. I called several times but there was no answer. I’d almost rather eat the bells and boot nuggets!

Did a drive thru, I ordered 4pcs spicy chicken combo and I received a original 3 small pcs of chicken and 1 big but no skin. I ordered spicy and they gave me original chicken 1 without skin. So disappointed. Guy who took my order his tone of voice is bad like he doesn’t seem to like his job. Very poor customer service.

I stopped and went inside. I ordered food to go with extra coleslaw and biscuits. I had to wait on the biscuits. Well, needless to say, I get home and no coleslaw and the extra biscuits are not there. Then when I call I have to leave a vm.

“How can someone misses the chance of having fried chicken In KFC when you are in Kentucky. Had KFC chicken for the first time here in USA, this place is soo good and very well maintained. Decent Dine inn, the staff was very helpful. As I’m visiting KFC for the first time I didn’t know what to order there n was very confused. The lady at counter helped me out n one bad thing is that they were out of wings n leg pieces so just adjusted with whatever they had. It was good tasting those crispy chicken pieces.
