I wish wish wish I could give this place a -5 star. Worst possible restaurant I’ve been to. Wait was 15 mins at the drive thru. Came home and the food was completely trash. My taco bell crunch wrap had NO MEAT in it. NO MEAT. It was so messy and fell apart before I even picked it up.. shut this place down.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Half the order was wrong, and Mexican pizza was at the bottom of the bag. Went back to the store and they did remake, but defeats the purpose of a quick drive-thru order.

Horrible service, ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and 1 chicken sandwich, there were 2 people on the speaker and one got the order right but the register (and drive thru person) did not get it right. Once I picked it up from the drive thru, the guy didn’t give any drinks, then after knocking on the window he gave me the clear tea, and a half Pepsi half Dr pepper. And walked away from the window.

How hard is it to punch an order in while a customer is ordering? Was in line 20 minutes. All but one item had been deleted by the time I got to the window. So I had to reorder. No receipt when I paid. When I was handed my order, I asked if it was all there. The girl grabbed it back from me and took it to the side. Then brought it back and said yes. My husband checked the bag as I pulled away. Was missing a meal. Pulled over and my husband went inside to get the missing meal. They tried to argue it was all there. And was told it would be another 20 minute wait for the tenders meal. My husband said to give us an equivalent from what was available. They gave us 3 legs, a wing and a thigh. No sides. No concept of customer service or pride in their work. Another thing: the entire time I was placing my order, the worker was mumbling to himself, ” oh my God”, and sighing. Without customers there will be no business. I am no longer a customer.

Really unprofessional when the drive thru attendant has the head set for the drive thru on and ear buds as well and acts like he can’t hear or understand you. This KFC has went way down hill….No pride of work ethic at all…..Plus he tells me I that I have to get Capri Suns with my kids meals

Absolutely despise visiting this location. Wait times are extremely long even with an online order and staff are inconsiderate & rude when you express your concerns. Today I placed an online order before 5 and was given a notification that it was ready. Got to the counter at 5:05 and they said it was not in fact ready so I continued to wait & wait til it was 5:40 when I asked them for an update on my order of which they then handed me my food. While I asked for an update and told them how long I’ve been waiting one of the women in the back laughed at me as though to express that they didn’t really care nor looked like they cared that I waited nearly an hour as I watched people order and leave before me with orders much bigger than mine by the way. Only the manager (guy in the striped shirt) was sympathetic with me cause he gave me a few tacos for my wait, the other employees who I could tell were kids were just downright rude so I will just avoid coming here and go to KFC on Newcut instead. Also online ordering is a complete waste of time at this location so don’t even bother cause they will not prioritize your order even if the app advertised it

I would hate to think this was done on purpose for reasons I would like to not mention with all that is going on in the media and this country right now. I’m not eating it in fear that it may also have been spit in. This isn’t the first time that I have had a bad experience and this particular store. I’m just not going to go there again. Fearing your food isn’t good for you mentally. They didn’t make good on the last time. They sent me some coupons so I would spend more money with them instead of a refund or what I paid for.
