That young girl that works drive-thru is always on her phone. My order is always wrong. So today I checked. I hooked, yelled, waited and yelled hey again. She couldn’t hear me cause she’s always on the phone. She then snatches the food from me! The manager is nice. But she needs to be made to get off her phone and taught a little respect. I wasn’t rude until she snatched the food from me. The manager is sweating and she’s in the corner on her phone. GET OFF YOUR PHONE! You’re there to work!

Second and last trip here, wait forever for anyone to help the first trip and then waited a long time for our food. This trip, was greeted within a few seconds, but was told there would be a 19 minute wait on original chicken. As I look back in the kitchen, I see what appears to be the shift/store manager learning/sitting on the make table on his phone….. Why was this chicken not already being prepped if they knew they were out? Poor management!

Not the best KFC. If you get the Famous bowl check it before you leave because this location does not know how to actually make a famous bowl so your almost guaranteed to be missing something out of your meal.

Food is fine, it’s KFC. They were out of some stuff by 6pm, so that wasn’t great. The line was taking quite a while even with only 3 cars, I assume it’s either a staffing issue, management issue, or demand/supply issue that causes them to not have on demand items ready for orders.

Asked for an 8 piece they told us they were low on extra crispy and asked if we were okay with two original pieces I said yes. Then the attendant attempted to hand me my bag and another attendant told her that stop took the bag took two pieces out and put them in another bucket then handed us our bag with an unnecessary attitude.

I’d already had a terrible day. One of the worst of my life. Had been to 3 different restaurants to unsuccessfully try to get some chicken today cuz comfort food. Asked if my items were available. To wait in line for 20 minutes to be told they sold the last ones to the car ahead of me. “Here’s a drink cuz I feel sorry for you” *closes window in my face* thanks for making a terrible day that much worse

Worst KFC on the planet. No matter what time I go, it’s always a 20-25 minute wait for chicken…. at a Freakin KFC. Be a great place to open a chicken restaurant. YUM brands seriously needs to consider pulling this franchise and reselling it to someone who knows how to run a restaurant.

If -1000 Stars was possible I’d say -1000 Stars! Long wait times! Everytime we go here they don’t have enough chicken made to make a Mashed Potato bowl or 8pc meal! Then they want FULL PRICE FOR THEIR MENU ITEMS MISSING CHICKEN! We got no chicken in our bowl because their out of CHICKEN! AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR A SUBSTITUTION! SERIOUSLY! $10.
