I literally went to the KFC on Broadway and they were out of chicken. They told me they were out of chicken after they collect my money, but then they kindly gave me a refund. I go to the KFC in Oak Grove and tell them about my experience. And they told me they have chicken so I pulled up to window. Five minutes later I’m getting a refund because they don’t have chicken cooked. Would not recommend anyone going to KFC on Broadway or oakgrove.

The 2nd worst KFC I have ever been to! Maricopa, Arizona has the #1 spot. This location has poor management and staff and are very slow. They always get your order wrong and they are always out of something. This time we received white meat instead of dark that we ordered and they were out of sweet tea. The original chicken was just as greasy as the crispy fried chicken if not greasier. On top of that my mac and cheese was cold! The staff is really loud and cut up and laugh constantly which makes the atmosphere not very enjoyable. They have a different manager each time I visit. They really should just shut this location down if they can’t do any better! We’ll, this time did it for me, I’m done and won’t be back. If I were you I would avoid this place like the plague!

Came in 11:45 am Sunday, one person in dining room with his food and no line at the drive thru, two or three cars maybe, church had just let out. We stood patiently for 15 minutes with service and left. I’m saying I was refused service because if My skin tone. That is my honest take away from this encounter.

If you’ve been sleeping on KFC, check them out. Solid food, pricing, and their hospitality was approaching Chick-fil-A levels. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I don’t know who own this KFC , but the management and employees is the worst I done seen out of all fast food in hattiesbrug having everybody to waiting 30min for their food..workers walking around don’t want to work etc . This will be my last time coming here . Smdh

Ordered a 16 piece got a 12. Called back and they said I had to come back to get a refund. Contacted customer service they sent me a 25 voucher. Go to use it on some pot pies at 7:20pm and they are out for the whole night, they close at 10.
