Ordered our food in drive thru and after paying was told to pull forward and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later they come out and say “9 more minutes on the chicken.” If you knew it was cooking why not inform us before we paid so we can decide if we want to wait 30 minutes of the chicken cooking. Also got food poisoning from that meal. Never again will we ever eat KFC. They should just close this one down considering other people have also gotten food poisoning.

Getting worse with every experience… Absolute rude service at drive through. If you don’t like your job don’t have an attitude towards other people for your bad days… Managers don’t do anything but tell you they will speak to the employees yet nothing changes. Place needs to be replaced with another business… The KFC in North hills is great tho…we don’t need this location tho. Been goin downhill for a long time
