I wish I could give them zero stars. We were on the road and stopped for lunch. Asked for 2 pieces original. Once we drove off, we realized that our chicken was fried extra crispy and so hard we were unable to eat it. We went back through the window to tell the employee who replied it will take a long time to get us some original chicken. We asked for a refund and gave her the food back. She gave us our money back minus $3 and said we still had the drinks. Horrible customer service with an attitude. Why give a customer the wrong meal and then get an attitude when they ask for you to make it right? Take my advice and don’t go there.

We stopped here to eat after driving more than 2200 miles across the country. The first thing I noticed was how clean the restrooms were. After placing our order, we decided to dine inside. The entire restaurant was very clean. I could not help but notice how friendly and professional the entire staff was. I took note of the staff’s names: Amanda, Ava, Carl, and Stephanie. They truly worked as a team. I was surprised to see so much courtesy and kindness at a fast food restaurant. It is something that I rarely see anywhere anymore. This KFC deserves all five stars for our visit today.

This place was the worst KFC I’ve been to. Under staffed food orders weren’t right. We eventually decided to leave with out order due to 15 minutes of waiting and still not even being able to order. There were several others to do the same. Sales at this location can’t be profitable. We were traveling thru. I feel for the locals.

Food was good. I don’t like that they left out my 2nd mashed potatoes. I really like KFC mashed potatoes and gravy. The lady was nice, & everything was clean. I was told by 2 other people that with this store you ALWAYS want to check a to go or drive-thru order before you leave. Why? They always mess up. Which is really not a good thing. And no my order was not complicated.

Man this was first class from Amanda and the other shift manager there was a charter bus full of people in front of me and they all got waited on pretty quickly and there was plenty of fresh chicken left when I ordered and my order came out very quickly. The food was hot and fresh when I got back to my hotel with the food.

The server couldn’t get my order right when placing it. Finally got it straight but still ended up getting the wrong sides. The livers were cold and hard. They were out of slaw. The ice machine was broken but nothing was said until after we had paid. Worst experience I have ever had at this location.
