Sucks! $50 for a 16 piece meal. Chicken greasy,soggy,and tasting like fish! Same with fries! Didn’t get biscuits! And the sides tasted 3 days old. No one will answer phones to complain. Too irritated to drive the 15 miles and bring back for refund. Someone needs to make this right! Too much money to have some soggy fishy chicken n fries with leftover sides! Wish I could give 0☆ and get my $50 back!!!!

The food here was gross. I have no idea what the thing was that they called a chicken wing. Very strange!! The rude manager was yelling at the lazy staff in front of the customers. The dinning room was just nasty. Somebody needs to clean this place. They also said that they didn’t have any change. So, my meal was $21.16 so they charged me $22.00. Why should I have to pay for the fact they they didn’t have any change? Please eat somewhere else. NASTY!!

I wish I could give them zero stars! We were in town for a birthday party. They were open so we went thru the drive-thru. There was only one truck in front of us at the speaker. We sat behind the truck for about 10mins before we pulled off and I went inside to order. A lady was stocking food and said we’re open but they didn’t have any workers. She called the manager to help me. I saw him stocking food too but he didn’t say anything. I finally asked him if he would be able to assist me with purchasing 2 orders of cole slaw and that was it. He said not right now but I can later. I asked him how long it would be so I would know whether to leave or not. In a rude tone he said I can’t tell you what to do but I can’t help you right now. I said I’m only asking how long it’ll be. He walked off without saying anything. He was probably the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. I walked out. By the time we pulled around, there were about 6 cars in line. They wasn’t greeting them or telling them anything either. They was just letting them sit in the drive-thru. We pulled around and told each of the cars. They thanked us and pulled off with us. Do better KFC!!!

Today ( 5/31/2021), my experience with KFC improved. I was lucky to be in a line of about 5 cars. I didn’t have to wait very long to order my food. The food was hot, very good and most of all fresh. The cashier was doing her best to take the orders.

We had to wait to order some of our food because I didn’t know which type of food I wanted so the cashier was putting other people’s food together. That took her 15 minutes. Then,she took the rest of our order. My fiance got his food first and a large cup. They didn’t have mountain dew Baja blast the drink which was disappointing. But they had the icee version of the Baja Blast. I wanted a refillable drink so I got Pepsi instead. The food was pretty good. He got KFC and I got taco bell. While we were eating at one table I noticed at the table nearest to us had some flies flying around the window and the table. There were probably 50 of them over there. I didn’t want them to fly close to us or our food so we moved to another table to finish our food. They are short staffed is some of why they are not doing as good. Also I asked for a large cup and she gave me a medium cup. It’s okay because they probably gave my fiance the last large cup.

Waited 6 minutes standing as the only person in line before I was acknowledged. Service was rude, even to the point of hostility, like I was offending her by being there. They messed up my order and then had sass about it. And I waited another 3 minutes before finally flagging someone down to get a tiny, cold biscuit that was left out. Frankly reminds me why I try to avoid stopping anywhere in Mississippi if I can help it.

Don’t waste your time here! Guy taking your order obviously hates his life. He cut us off multiple times. Wouldn’t answer questions about the menu and told us to “look at the menu to see what was available.” He stopped responding in the middle of ordering and I asked if he was still there and he yelled that I was on “hold” and to stop talking. Found it ironic he was okay being rude while ordering until you saw him at the window and didn’t have the courage to be rude face to face. Wounded masculinity is very apparent. Very disrespectful and horrible experience.
