I recently used the drive-up window at this location and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee at the window completely ignored me when I asked how she was doing, not once but twice. There was no greeting or welcoming atmosphere, just a curt demand for payment.

The Livingston KFC is the best in the Upper Cumberland area KFC’s by a mile & we drive the 30+miles for the quality food, amazing staff, & friendly atmosphere of this family staple. Their new chicken nuggets are my new fave but everything here is always hot & fresh everytime & we have NEVER received a wrong order or have anything missing from the order which is why we quit eveb trying the Cookeville location which would be closest for us. They can’t get an order correct no matter what day or time & the staff is always rude. If you want good KFC make the drive to Livingston & enjoy what KFC is supposed to be ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Received the completely wrong order. Spoke with the manager on duty who apologized and offered to replace it on our next visit. When we tried to get the replacement we were promised they only offered to throw in some free cookies but we had to pay for the order all over again.

This was very wonderful KFC. The lady Lisa at the bar dipped my wings in sauce just for me! It don’t get no better than that baby! The greens were seasoned perfect. It was a very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I was informed that the same owner of the franchise also owns the franchise in Sparta TN. Honestly these are two of the best KFC I’ve ever been in as far as service and quality on their buffets. The deserts are great also.

Service was terrible…after waiting severel minutes with no one in line and one car in the drive through, the Kid working the counter, who looked filthy, decided when I wasn’t ready immediately that he would disappear in to what I can only guess was the break room and pretty much sat there for the duration…..when I finally got service ,at least 10 more minutes, the shift manager did take care of the discrepancy between the app prices and in store prices, and took my order…..the food was mediocre at best…coleslaw was flavorless chicken was kinda old…restaurant was a mess like no one knew how to use a broom…and there was no sense of urgency…what should have been a 30 min round trip tops too me over an hour…very disappointed to spend almost 40 dollars and to have such a poor experience…and I was really wanting fried chicken.
