I ordered a large mac and cheese and a five-piece chicken nugget for my son, was told they didn’t have any ranch which is perfectly fine. But they recommended putting buffalo ranch in there instead, which is incredibly spicy and my 1-year-old can’t have it. When I called to let them know that they probably shouldn’t suggest something spicy for someone they didn’t know, I was rudely interrupted multiple times. Told that they put barbecue with it as well and to dispose of the buffalo ranch, and then was hung up on. Definitely not happy with you guys. Get some better customer service.

The quality of the food at this location has gotten worse. I recently got delivery from this location, I ordered some Chicken Littles and Fries. The fries were tasty and crispy and enjoyable, The Chicken Littles however were absolutely horrible! They were completely bland except for what I can describe as a plastic taste. I’ll stick to Popeyes or BoJangles from now on, this definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid….just nasty.

The fries were overcooked. The chicken looked & tasted like it had been cooked a long time & reheated. The biscuit & slaw were the only part of the $21.00 meal that was edible. I purchased to go & didn’t know how bad it was until I got home. I will not be back.

Nothing against the food or anything. I worked here for 6 months years ago and I still carry the trauma of working in this place. I look back and can’t believe they expected so much of me for so little in return and because I was young and dumb I did it. Also it doesn’t help that it’s right next door to the truck stop and highway turn off where the homeless people pan handle. So you see all kind of folk come in at varying levels of crazy.

This place has fallen into disrepair and isn’t kept clean. Manager wouldn’t come out to speak to me after waiting an extended period of time for my food. Employee dropped chicken buckets on the dirty floor and picked them up and returned them to the shelf. I wouldn’t recommend eating here if you value your health. Tried contacting corporate to let them know about the sad state of this franchise and they will not respond.
