This could be a nice place if the folks here would just care a little bit. The workers are not rude but far from friendly! The bathrooms are a mess. Had a bit of a hard time finding a place to sit as so many of the tables were clearly unwashed. The windows are so grubby it looks as if they were being used as napkins . They didn’t include everything in my order and I had to ask again. The food was great, they just need to respect the customer and care more about cleanliness and appearance.

We went inside and ordered as we wanted to dine in and to also support an oldie but good restaurant. The food was good but the older, tall, heavyset guy taking the order wouldn’t even look at us, didn’t ask us if we wanted anything to drink or if we were dining in. He also didn’t give us our receipt and we had to ask for that, for plates (they said they didn’t have any and gave us some cardboard boxes to eat out of and also no silverware. The ice machine in one of them had no ice and while we ate we were being stared at as though no one had ever dared to speak up about missing things or had ever wanted to dine inside of there. We’re just passing through but this was by far one of the worst experiences I think I’ve ever had. Definitely the top five.

I went here two times recently about 3 days apart while in this small town. The restrooms had no soap either time. Leads me to wonder if the employees wash their hands before touching the food. The order takers were not rude but certainly not friendly.

did a pickup order 18 pc chicken dinner swapped fries for corn got extra potatoes slaw and mac and cheese. got home opened the bowls that were considered large but looked small they were only half full 6 people got a tablespoon full a piece. the chicken had no taste like they forgot to add spices, the slaw was missing something mac and cheese was dry, biscuits were raw in the middle taste like canned. There we no other customers there so none of this should have happened. This is the fourth restaurant I will no longer eat at.

Dirtiest KFC or Fast food place I have ever been. Women’s bathroom was filthy. No ice in soda machine, mac and cheese seemed like it was a few days old. Soda was flat. Nothing good about this place.

KFC has gone downhill lately but this location is the worst I’ve EVER experienced! We walked in and nobody else was in the restaurant. There was a car in the drive thru but we waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. She took our order and we waited 15 minutes to have some guy walk in, order and they gave him our order and us his. Then took it all back and didn’t give my wife what she originally ordered. The soda machine was all crusty like they never clean it and one of them was completely out of ice. The restrooms smelled like sewage was backing up and overall the whole place wasn’t that clean. Unbelievable…
