The food was great!! I ordered by the drive thru and started to check my bag/boxes to make sure everything was correct with my order like I know I should, but I didn’t. Nowadays, customer service just ain’t what it’s supposed to be. I got home and was missing one thing, .

Manager tried to charge us twice after we had been waiting for our food at the drive through window. When I told her we had already paid she said “you don’t have to get an attitude “. No attitude just “we already paid”. After trying to give us the wrong food twice she threw our bag of food at the cashier and yelled “bye, don’t come back”. Supervisor acting that way in front of adolescent employees. Embarrassed for all of them. No worries, won’t be back as long as she is employed there.

Sit in drive-thru about 25 minutes the line did not move. Decided to go Inside. once the lady took my order I had to tell her three or four times what I wanted. When she rang it up it was still wrong. I have gone to KFC many many times over the years from Texas to Tennessee. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever.

I got an order of chicken nuggets and they were the nastiest food I have seen in a while…..I was not much of a KFC fan anyway, but the nuggets they have been advertising on tv looked good, so I tried them…. I will never again….. I firmly believe these were just scraps that they chopped up and battered and fried and sold, not caring what somebody was going to be eating. They were honestly inedible.

My food was supposed to be ready at 5:19 I get there they don’t even have the order they say it’s for another day already came off my card already got the email stating it was going to be ready, the manager was extremely rude did not even bother looking for my order just continued with the drive-thru window, well everybody is getting their food I finally get mine at 5:46, well it’s been sitting up there for the 20 minutes I sat in there waiting for it, after asking for it three times…

Smelled bad, the workers were awful, messed my food up then demanded to see the receipt, asked for ketchup and the lady threw ranch in my bag and walked off, had to have my husband go up there to get my ketchup. My son’s chicken sandwich was raw, my kfc famous bowl thr chicken was icky bad tasting, the only thing that was good was the gravy and fries really, even their biscuits tasted really bad. I’ve been to this establishment many times and never once have I had an issue but this time made it to where I will never go back. Also they had no salt. The people, the food, the place itself was all around bad. Don’t recommend, I’ll stick to zaxbys.

Actually, it was a great experience! I asked for extra Nashville hot sauce and they delivered on it! Ordered at the drive thru, didn’t wait long, received it hot & fresh. Best fast food fries hands down.

The order ahead option is the way to go. You can go straight to the dining area and pick up your order without waiting in the long drive thru.

The chicken nuggets fresh and juicy but the chicken tenders dry and had been sitting for a while..i seem to have a problem getting fresh tenders when i order online..this is 4th time i have.ordered online.2 different stores and one time i have had fresh tenders..I try to keep up with the modern times but it does not seem to be working out well for me..hmmmm
