Visited this location today at 11am thinking since it had just opened my chicken would be fresh. The sides were fresh. Chicken was old, dry and dark. Bisquits were hard and dried out as well. I honestly thought it was from the night before. I ordered a 8 piece and spent 30$ I called corporate because I was very disappointed and the previous week I came in and ordered the kfc bowl it had no gravy and was full of just dry mashed potatoes. So I said today I’m going to contact corporate because this is ridiculous. Contacted corporate and they apologized but a few hours later the manager calls my phone at 8:30pm. From the gate she was rude and basically insinuated that I was lying. We went back and forth and she proceeded to ask did I still have the chicken. Really? She offered to remake my food but at this point I don’t want it. Don’t ever call a customer phone that late at night very unprofessional you could’ve contacted me the next morning apologized and been done. I worked at a restaurant for years the customer is always right and you really make kfc look bad going back and forth about some chicken that was old. This location is terrible and if I do return it’ll be at the Winchester location or I’ll go to Popeyes!

The rudest customer service. Did not get what I ordered. These is the third time I have had rude service. The time before I was the only person in line and waited for a long time for someone to take my order. I had to pull up to the window to give m my order and the person still had there back to me and finally turned around then I had to pull around and wait for them to bring me my order after 10 min. The only reason I go to this KFC is because it is close

My chicken at the Riverdale location was not even fully cooked I ordered the online through the app 8-piece bucket I ordered legs and thighs and the chicken was not cooked all the way but yet it was Dripping with oil it was so horrible I just threw it away because I didn’t go back and look at my food before I left the restaurant I had no choice but to eat somewhere else that night not impressed epic fail right there
