If I could give a negative I would. Placed online order and didnt even start it until 15 min after the pick up time. I spent 25 minutes after the pickup time making a Inconvenience for me. The crew was worthless, mgr just walking around talking on the phone. This place should be burned to the ground because it’s useless. 6 employees working and I had to wait 15 min until i was asked anything. Total discrimination since the people behind me were helped first because you know why. I will send a complaint to corporate.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 2 piece chicken with potatoes and slaw. Should have been under 12 dollars. It hit my bank the next day at $35.19. I called corporate and still a week later no refund no contact. NOTHING. Make sure you check your receipt!

Wooooow. So I could care less about leaving reviews but this was such a disappointment. So considering I spent well over 70 dollars on this service. They left out 6 whole pieces of chicken and biscuits. When you have a family to feed you can’t keep going back and forth to go fix your order. I don’t live here and this was my first time trying KFC. The food we actually got was good but that was it. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. We ordered extra biscuits because my son only eats biscuits and when we got all the way home we realized that we didn’t get any biscuits. My wife called the store and they informed her she could come and get them. Since we just drove all the way home we asked if we could just come in tomorrow and get some or a refund so we could eat our meal tonight still warm. She said come now and we asked again and then she just rudely said we don’t do refunds and hung up the phone on my wife. We will not be returning if this is the kind of management this restaurant has!
