Driving in from Chicago yesterday and decided to pickup some chicken on the way home. Tried calling 17 times in 40 minutes and line was busy. We ask for all dark meat so wanted to give team extra time to have ready. We figured it was busy since Covington store is closed. Much to our surprise the lot was empty and so was the store? We called the number again inside and guess what, it rang once and went busy. We heard it ring. I figured they had the phone forwarded to another line to not have to answer. We requested dark meat and when we got home it was mixed with breast, so 50.00 of chicken was wrong. Common KFC, you are better than this.

Doesn’t open to the correct posted signs, drive through associates talking profanity to each other. Doesn’t hand you all the correct order in drive-through. Suggest you always check your order when in drive through. The manager sends an associate to let customers know that they aren’t open at 10, and they are barely preparing food at the scheduled time to open.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes, I’m handicapped, difficult to walk. Went inside to ask about my order, once inside establishment, I realized this restaurant was very unclean, there was an odor that made me nauseous as soon as I walked in. Floors, counters, and kitchen were just filthy. Decided I would rather have my money back than ever eat from such a disgusting restaurant. Manager was not friendly or professional. Wonder if the corporate office k ows how bad this place is…

Stay away from the Ripley Tn KFC. This is the second time we have tried them and it will be the last. The resturant had a smell to it, no ice, no cole slaw, no nuggets. My husband got a 3 piece chicken dinner and one of the chicken legs had 95% of the meat gone. All he had was a bone. It was nasty.

This is the FORTH TIME, we have tried to get Chicken from KFC in RIPLEY TN. This last time we tried “ Online “ ordering. Placed an order & paid for it online. Went in to pick it up & they had forgotten our order & told us we had to get our money back online. They also had no chicken! So obviously that doesn’t work either. No need to try to order after 6 pm, there is always no chicken available. Poor management for sure. That is all !!!

Ripley’s KFC needs a new window operator my order is just about always wrong. I ask for mac & cheese & they always give me mashed potatoes & gravy. I have to repeat myself several times & don’t get it right!
