Ordered was told I ordered other than what I paid for on my email receipt. Would not change the leg and thigh I was forced to take. A Darnell Williams refused to correct the order. Or a phone number to correct the problem. Insisted the person I had picking it up take the wrong order even with a paid for receipt. Unprofessional,rude does not need to be in contact with the public.

Walk in order, no greeting then after about 5 minutes a young lady says they will be with me in a moment. After another five minutes or so, I finally got the attention of another employee who finally took my order. Rude and inconsiderate, horrible service.

The girl (Aimya) in the drive through was very rude. I was unaware that an item was on the menu that I had previously ordered at this location about 2 weeks ago. The comment I made about it no longer being available was not directed to her, but once I got to the window to pay she made the comment “they never have that same energy at the window like I be wanting them too” as if she was goin to go back and forth with me had I mentioned it at the window. That was very unprofessional and unbecoming of someone in the service industry
