I really want the food and service at this location to be better. It is the closest location to our home. However, The past 4 times, I have eaten at this location, food has been missing. From biscuits to sides to a drink and even the wrong type of chicken. It feels like the staff is not taking the time to double check orders or to be courteous to customers. It has not been busy any of the times I’ve been there. I haven’t returned to collect missing food due to not checking until I get home.(I should know better by now. I just feel like I shouldn’t have to be the quality control over my order..) I have lost money at this location due to buying food that I’ve never received. I really hope this restaurant hires a manager that can pull this team together to fix the issues.

We went through the drive thru. The food was edible but it could have been much better. Whenever I come here it’s good. But today it was less than usual. They even forgot to give me a fork for my coleslaw which tasted funny. If you want good chicken food, Popeyes or Bojangles is the best!

Managed by a racist. I have often ordered before, but this time I ordered, and was being charged ala carte for each individual piece of chicken, plus the cost of sides, the manager was trying to charge me $27 for 5 pieces of chicken, cole slaw, and an order of fries. Needless to say, I walked out, and I refuse to shop at this store specifically, but in general, I will not shop at KFC ever again. Also, I have received several bad experiences at other local KFC shops, refusing to sell certain chicken pieces. The Colonel would fire everyone who runs a store in Knoxville if he were alive today. It is truly shameful what KFC has become.

I ordered UberEats, KFC had my order ready to be given to the driver really quick! The driver brings the food super quick. I bring the food inside open the bag, and add BBQ sauce to it. I start to eat it and every single piece of popcorn chicken is hard as a rock. I don’t know how long that chicken had been sitting, but it wasn’t consumable at all. I really hope the store doesn’t serve old food to everyone, and I was just the oddball. Please, Please, KFC train your employees to serve edible food!

I went though the drive thought and dude at window calm they never ever served jelly pack well look here mister There are 35 calories in 1 serving of KFC Grape Jelly Packet so yall need get big dude at the window out of there lieing to people

Order was wrong, food was left out from drive thru..had to park n go in to get it. Food i did get was also cold and very mediocre and especially for the price, I personally just dont feel its worth it.. Only my opinion tho.

I biked 3 miles to Wal-Mart in 93 degree temps with a feels like of 102 due to humidity. Wasn’t ready for the bike home so I hit KFC and they were super quick and clean store. Cashier was very sweet. Food was perfect. I cooled off n snacked a little. Took the rest home. By that time it had cooled off some and it was more down hill so i got home way quicker.
