Two stars might be generous. Most of the food just tasted old, and it was only 1pm. Tenders were stiff, barely warm. Biscuit tasted like it had been sitting in a charcoal bucket. Mashed potatoes weren’t as creamy smooth like they usually would be. Soda was over carbonated. Not a great lunch spot, we’ll skip this one next time we come through town.

I would pass on this location if I were you. Went here the other night for a quick dinner, and the usual great taste of the original recipe was shrouded by horrible old frying oil. Seriously! The chicken tasted like it was fried in the same oil that had been in the fryer all day. Biscuit was also just dough. Mac n cheese was dry and old. This used to be a good location, but the employees there now just don’t care.

DO NOT GO HERE! Zero stars. The Kingston pike store is always great and only 5 minutes away. I ordered an 8 piece crispy and they gave me original with no breasts they didn’t tell me they were out of extra crispy, rather just gave me what they had, which was not even hot. I called the store over a dozen times and they never answered. Very little gravy on my large mashed potatoes and gravy. You’ve been warned…by a multitude of people.

Quickest service I’ve had here in some time. Food tastes wonderful, but we found a chicken bone in the pot pie and some kind of plastic. I understand things happen, but when you’re talking pot pie, that’s just dangerous. You never expect to find bones in the pot pie – and you REALLY don’t expect plastic in any food.

I don’t understand the low star reviews. I went here and had a pretty large order for an entire family. Was it instant? NO. Did they mess up my order? NO. Would I come back? ABSOLUTELY. Give how short staffed they are in todays climate, I think they did an outstanding job.

Ordered via Grubhub. I had missing food items. My kids were counting on getting fries and nuggets but neither arrived. Also, i did not get the plates and utensils i requested. The bag is nearly transparent and the receipt was attached to the outside of the bag! maybe check the food before you send it out on delivery. …at LEAST it would have been noticed the plates were missing and that there were only a few boxes…not enough to cover what i ordered. Why not deliver missing items instead of just refunding?! So in this case KFC failed…but Grubhub failed even more.

The staff is courteous and friendly; that’s not a problem. I ordered 4 chicken pot pies, all of which turned out to be a puff pastry over chicken soup. I don’t mean that there were few ingredients, I mean there were none. Just liquid in all 4 pies. I suggest you use one of the other KFC locations if you want pot pies.

The restaurant is very nasty the floor the tables, there was no customers but the tables still dirty and the employees doesn’t clean it , my order was for pickup but the one of the staff told me to go inside to take my order and she doesn’t accept me to take it through the drive thru just because she mad of me when i asked her to give me the offer on the kfc website and she said we do not just we can go online which is not correctly because the website mentioned that its for delivery and pickup but her attitude so bad with me , unfortunately we will not visit again this branch , Really Bad experience on kfc cedar bluff knoxville tn .
