The food was all fresh and very good. No where is cheap now and all chicken is very expensive. Bargain chicken tastes awful. This location made every effort to get our order right. We just left after swinging through the drive through. It has been a long hot day and this hit the spot! Thanks guys!!

Food had been sitting for a long time (hours) and the chicken was over cooked. I asked for white meat only and got a drumstick and 1/2 a breast. Since when do they serve 1/2 of a breast? The gravy on the mashed potato was luke warm and had a skin from sitting so long. Finally I was charged $7.99 when this website said it should be about 6.95. Epic Fail!

Let me just say the service was great right b4 close… unfortunately they gave me someone else’s order and when I realized in the Leconte Hospital it was wrong I quickly called and they asked me to come back and get it. However that took a 10-15 minute drive there plus back and they didn’t reheat or redo the order so by the time I got back to the hospital it was cold. Clearly I was already having a rough day and the food wasn’t for me but for my fiancé. I’m sorry to leave a bad review but it wasn’t my fault you gave me the wrong bag however I should’ve checked but I got a phone call from my boss checking in on me so I just drove away… please remake or reheat orders that are wrong that’s all thank you

Lousy service it took them 15 minutes to get a side order of mashed potatoes and gravy ready and out the window. If you want speedy service I suggest you go somewhere else. And by the time that had out food ready they already had a line in the drive thru again. So this was ridiculous having to sit here this long and if we wouldn’t of already paid for the order we would of left.

Went through the drive thru and I had asked to give me a moment. The guy taking the order acted so annoyed. There was no kids options on the menu outside so when I asked about that, then he started being rude like I was dumb. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, famous bowl, and a kids popcorn chix. The food was horrible. Not at all worth $25. The sandwich and fries were so greasy and tasted like the oil has not been changed in awhile, the bowl was cold mash potatoes maybe a tablespoon of gravy and no cheese. But was loaded with corn and popcorn chix. My daughters kids popcorn chix was hard and cold no sauce no biscuit no applesauce but she did get the macaroni that was spat out. My child loves all macaroni but not theirs. Wasted time and money for quick dinner fix. It was awful. They should have just kept the doors closed….!

The only thing I can say that was on point was the chicken, Mac and cheese no flavor at all, coleslaw taste blan, mash potatoes and gravy not bad , the corn not sweet enough, and the last one which really disappointed us was the biscuits omg they are not no where near the biscuits when I was growing up omg big change ! Overall the workers where friendly and the facility was very clean just wish the food was good ! Thats all folks till my next adventure in fast food whew!
