Was traveling from Florida and stopped to eat in oneida at your establishment. First the blond haired girl running the cash register made a remark that you couldn’t understand. Then she said are you going to order , no I just want to stand here thinking that to myself. I politely responded yes ma’am I would like a 8 piece meal. She turned to miss red lipstick and ask . Do we have chicken. Nope they can order something else. We’ll before you tell me what to order Is not very professional . As I walked out I hear he couldn’t afford to eat here. Well I went to pizza hut spent 70 bucks. WELL DONE KFC

Good food most of the time, especially the fries. But if ordering from the drive thru, make sure to check your fries before leaving, I have received old ones a few times.

I realize everything has gone up in price. We paid $45 for a 12 piece meal w/3 sides, biscuits and 2 medium drinks just to be out of chicken legs and the original recipe is a bit ridiculous. Our Mac n cheese was watery and tasted horrible. The Cole slaw, biscuits & mashed potatoes were good but I couldn’t even chew up the extra crispy we had to get. Way too hard. There was a bunch of young kids working who really didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I don’t think I will ever go back to this location.

Tried their new nuggets and was disappointed. They appear to be crispy on their site but they are not and the are not uniform in size some are tiny and none are the size in the photo. They are breast meat but they have the film that you find on tenderloin meat that makes it unappealing. I won’t buy again.
