This place has been remodeled. It appears to be a new building but it’s not. It has a modern up to date look on the inside dinning area as well as on the outside of the building itself. The food that we had was delicious. If you like the flavor of KFC’s fried chicken then you should try their chicken strip dinner. It has the same great flavor but without the bone. All meat!

Good food, fast service, clean and comfortable dining area. I used to come in a lot, but for the last 6 months, every time I come in the staff is SINGING SO LOUDLY in the back doing karaoke that I can’t enjoy my meal. It’s very disruptive and there’s nothing else to listen to because the music system is busted. I’ll come back, but with earplugs. Dine-in customers beware!

I would actually give them zero stars. I placed a to go order on their mobile up. It was supposed to be ready by 6:31. I just left and it is 7:09. Not only did I have to wait this long but no one even said we are working on. When finally they bring it to me the lid wasn’t on the gravy and it dumped. I am very frustrated by now. It did not come in the box with the dip for the nuggets as it was supposed to. So no dip for my kids. I mentioned that it was boxed wrong and was told “well everything in in there. Nope it was not. No apologies for wait or even acknowledgment. Beyond disappointing!!!

We are from Greeneville, TN and stayed the night at the Luxbury suites behind this store. Our store in Greeneville the food is terrible so we were reluctant to try this one. We were very surprised. It was on 8/1 about 4pm and we dined in. Food was fresh, served quickly and order was right the 1st time. The girl that I assume was a shift leader was cracking the whip the whole time we were there. I wish I had gotten her name because she was making it happen. Too bad our store isn’t as good as this. Your employees were on point and customer focused 1st. You don’t see that in fast food anymore. They deserve recognition

Never had issues with the food, but my last visit I asked for two sauces and they were going to give me an upcharge. I think an upcharge for 2 sauces total is silly, especially as somebody who understands that some people take way more than they need.

Very long wait in the drive-through line. I got home and realized part of my over 50.00 order was not in the bag. I Drove the 15 minutes back to KFC. Waited again in line for a long time. (The lobby is closed) got to the window and they argued with me. I finally got the rest of my order. Their was no apology from anyone. I went home, and ate my cold chicken and biscuits. I am very unhappy with my experience. This KFC is in desperate need of improvement.
