We used to eat at this location nearly every Sunday! We have a KFC in the county where we live but it was horrible, so we drove over to Lenoir City because it was so much better. Then after Covid hit, they did away with the buffet, which was the best thing about this location! I guess can understand why they did that but ever since then, the quality of the food has deteriorated to something that isn’t worth eating! We used to stop by every once in a while just to see if it had improved but after multiple disappointments, we just gave up on it! It’s sad that all the decent places to eat are drying up and withering away!

Haven’t been here in a while and more than likely won’t be going back any time soon. Chicken looks like it had been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. It was slow getting my order. Then when I got home found that the gravy was leaking all over the bag. The only saving grace was the sides were hot and tasty.
