Cleanest KFC or any other restaurant I’ve been in in a long time. I just couldn’t believe how clean it was. All of the tables were perfect and even the glass light shades hanging over the tables were crystal clear.

ATT: We ordered over $70 worth of food but didn’t even get half of our order and somethings we didn’t even order, to make matters worse when my husband went right back in to inform them they had messed up our order pretty badly they refused to fix it and processed to call my husband a lier!! So needless to say we DO NOT SUGGEST kfc in erwin we wasted $70 ON FOOD THAT HAD SET IN A WARM IT LOOKED LIKE AND NOT EVEN HALF OUR ORDER !!! We done the order on line so we had proof hell they knew, it was right there on their computer where we ordered. HORRIBLE customer service we will NEVER go back and will be letting family and friends know as well.. we can look over the mistake of leaving out half our food but the way my husband was treated was NOT right. Their mistake should have been fixed but it was NOT.

Holy smokes…. I hate to waste my time on a fast-food review, but tonight’s food was horrid and way past its service life to the point of almost rancid. As much as prices have risen to eat out, I think it’s only fair to serve something edible. Take a little pride in what you give people. These had to be from lunch, and you see the time on the ticket. I’d rather wait on my food and be served something fresh than drive home only to throw 8 dollars in the trash.

“Really” disappointed in what used to be my favorite place. The one good thing about my visit was the manager was friendly and returned my money. Just note the pictures: One is what they show on the ad and the other is what I actually received. The chicken was so salty I couldn’t eat it. This is not worth 9 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
