Got a 3 piece dark, we ordered 2 piece and double mashed potatoes. The chicken was very greasy and soggy. Taters we’re good though. Very disappointed. And the person that prepared our order wasn’t the friendliest either. I guess we won’t be back. Sorry

Went in to get a spicy famous bowl as I had one the day prior and enjoyed it. Instead I was served 2 bowls of some type of hot sauce oil soup. Disgusted with what I was served, I walked back in to get it replaced to which the manager argued to tell me, “ that’s the way it’s supposed to look”. After explaining it wasn’t I requested a refund, the original cashier started to do the refund but then the manager told him “ nah they kept their drink so they only getting the bowls back”. If it’s that level of pettiness after they serve inedible food, they are able to keep the $2 drinks .

My mom’s been in the hospital by thus kfc for 25 days and I’ve been coming here to get food. It actually fits in with my weight watchers diet. The staff is sweet and courteous too.

The employees here are horrible. The last couple times I’ve came into this location the employees talk badly about every customer once they leave the store (making fun of people’s appearances or talk about how it’s so awful they had to go out of their way to make something) , they refuse to make certain items if they don’t feel like it, they never include sauces, and their attitudes are very hostile and nasty. I’m not sure if there is ever any management present… if so they need to be replaced.

The service was good and the food was scorching hot and fresh out of the oven biscuits, and at the time of my visit which was a to-go order $20 fill up @8:35pm on Saturday. The store was clean and employees where friendly, the only thing I was not crazy about was the person that poured bucket of soapy water on the floor behind the the lady at the register and started cleaning it with a bristle brush creating a slippery surface / safety hazard

Our two meals came with only one utensil, the chicken order was wrong in one of them and the biscuits did not have any butter or honey. Didn’t realize this until we were back in our hotel room. The food was hot though.

Went there at 5 pm on 6/3 and the woman at the drive thru was terrible! Sat waiting for someone to take my order or say something!… and sat for almost 10 mins. Then I drive up to window where there was nobody and she tells me sorry we are having problems with computers and they are busy.. wanted to place my order at the window and she gives big attitude saying no and I have to go back thru drive thru again!! You don’t belong anywhere in the service industry!!!!!

She was having everyone park and bringing food out, and everyone’s took forever. I waited 20 minutes for a famous bowl that was lukewarm and watery. Pretty sure they just forgot I was out there.

Some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Really quite good! Fast and friendly service! You lose a star because the bathrooms were BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. They honestly look like they’ve never been cleaned.
