I can tell you this location was very clean and the employees friendly. My son and I had not been to a KFC in some time and decided to stop. I actually did not order anything for myself after looking at the prices . It cost over $12 to feed just my boy. I tried a few bites Chicken tasted the same as when I was a kid.. biscuit was a hockey puck and the mac n cheese was flavorless and that cheese? Had a pudding texture, that was different. My son only took a few bites of it and he eats anything. The fries were okay, but the portion was extremely small.

The food was fine. It’s fast food fried chicken. I’m not going there expecting it to be fine dining. If you expect more than what it is that’s on you. However what I will say I was disappointed with was the service and the tech. The person at the counter was super friendly and very helpful. But I didn’t check the bag and when I got home things were missing. Sauces, some sides, and biscuits. On top of that, I ordered through the app. The app told me to get there at 3:33pm. And so I did. I was told they are working on it as we speak, no problem a few minutes off isn’t a big deal. I did not get my order until 4:05. In what world does it take a fast food place over 30 minutes to complete an order when they operate with a drive through. I was the only customer inside and during this time only 2 people came through the drive through. So it wasn’t like they were busy. I can’t help but think about how much faster it would have been to forgo the app, which just let’s them track and sell your data and make more profit off you, and just use the actual drive through. Pretty low quality service but it’s kfc so…. I shouldn’t have expected more I guess?

Wife went there for dinner and asked for the three piece dinner at 7:45pm, and the female worker replied “ let me put it to you like this, we have two extra crispy wings left and we’re out of fries, I’m not putting any fresh chicken out. We close in hour” We rarely eat fast food because of stuff like this. I will starve before I ever go to this location again. This occurred 6/8/23 07:45pm.

This KFC rivals MickyD’s for lack of service and inaccuracy of orders completed. Just got home, was rushed and didn’t check too carefully – got mashed potatoes but no gravy. Specifically asked server at window if everything was there when he handed me the bag. He peeked in and replied ‘yes’ . Liar, Liar, pants on fire! I should have known better – we rarely get an order from this store that is complete and correct.

Terrible service. Forgot food in our order. No ice in the lukewarm drinks. You don’t need to ask “is that all?” After everything I order. Out of biscuits. Would give a lower rating but I have to give at least 1 star.
