The staff were super friendly. The chicken was some of the crispiest chicken I have had in a long time. Crusty, juicy, not dry and the meat was tender. The mash potatoes were soft and gravy was warm and flavorful.

Omg I haven’t had hot fast food in forever. I almost burnt my mouth. I’m not a chicken leg eater but these pot pies are amazing!!!!

2/16/2023, I went around 630pm, went inside because there was a pretty good line in driver thru and only one customer inside. The 2 employees were very polite and on the ball getting food out to customers in the drive-thru, myself included. They are short on staff which I don’t understand. The 2 ladies working deserve a pay raise because they had a lot of customers in drive thru and a few more came inside and they didn’t let anything bother them. They were super nice, they were doing the job of 4 or 5 employees and slamming it too!! I was pretty impressed at how cool and calm they were with it being 2 of them. Kudos to those 2 ladies working tonight, the food was fresh and prepared perfectly!

SHOUT OUT!!!! The two young ladies at KFC tonight are killing it!! Their speaker is down so they have to do every car individually at the window and food is coming out hot and quick, while they’re worrying about customer service through it all! Most younger employees would not do well in this situation with only two employees. They are making it work though – and with a smile!

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s been years since I’ve ate KFC and it will more than likely be NEVER after tonight. I remember when I was a kid how good and tasty KFC was but tonight not so much. Maybe because their not using The colonel Sanders recipes anymore?

Went to this location for two items, and four sides. Without a line, they some how managed to forget two of my four sides.. I would understand if I had a large order, and they were busy, but neither of those were the case. This location has done this before and I’ve held off on writing a review, but this is just ridiculous at this point. It boggles me that they manage to screw up an order that small. For your own good go to a different location, because the staff doesn’t care and chances are your order will be incorrect too.

Absolutely awful. We never even got our food after waiting for an hour. The manager was disrespectful and rude. She gave our order to a previous customer and didn’t apologize or explain and we were left with no dinner.

A slow decline to restaurant hell. The oil never gets changed. How do I know? Once you taste it you know. Yuck! When the chicken is right the sides are off. This time the mac n cheese was old mushy tasteless. The corn was more like hominy dry and orangish had to be 5 days old or older. The staff. OMG rude and ratchet with a capital R. Very consistent. In poor behavior yelling and arguing and using profanity in front of customers. Definitely a get your food to go atmosphere not a family environment. This restaurant won’t be here much longer. I’m looking forward to a better experience maybe an in and out burger or similar. PS don’t try to call with a complaint or problem they don’t answer the phone. They just don’t care.

Don’t go to this restaurant. They will have you standing there watching them do drive thru orders. Others just standing looking at you then walk back in the office. Why have dinning room open if your not going to serve the customers. You just make me leave. That’s why all these chain restaurants are going under. Poor customer service.
