Yesterday I went to the drive through . I ordered the chicken nuggets ,fries and a small Pepsi. I get to the window and the guy says we do not have fries today so I say yes to mashed potatoes . I ask for Honey Mustard and he says they do not have any so I agree to ranch . I had to ask to get my credit card back and I am not pleased of course . I got no ticket so I cant say who waited on me of course . I drive off and realized he never gave me my drink either . To avoid further contact I just drive on .

The food was really bad. The gravy was so gross and salty. The chicken was very, very oily. The biscuits were hard as a rock. It seemed like they had been sitting out on the counter for hours. The only thing that was really good was the coleslaw. Oh yeah, the French fries were a big greasy mess. I wouldn’t spend my money to go back there.

They did not have enough original recipe chicken for my 8 pc bucket order. They did have crispy and it was hot/delicious. Friendly service but just a tiny bit disappointed they did not have original approximately 90 minutes before they closed for the night.

I dined in, so I can’t comment on the drive through. But a guy did come in from the drive through saying they messed up his order.

Came to dine in at around 1:15pm on a weekday. The place was dirty, there was not 1 table that didn’t have ketchup or crumbs on it. The service was horrible, I watched them touch all surfaces with their gloves on and then touch each piece of chicken when putting it in the bucket even the biscuits. The biscuits were old and hard, the fries were cold and so was the chicken. Never going back to this location, it was a waste of money.

For starters, the young lady working drive thru had flour on her hands, while dealing with money and my debt card had flour on it when she returned it back to me.Secondly, she never gave me a receipt not with my food either. But, the worst part was the food. No one followed directions as I placed my order in regards to white or dark meat. The sides were wrong, (not what I ordered) And without giving disgusting details about my families trips to bathroom that evening, it is with pleasure that I never seek services from that establishment again. I would advice others to use caution as well.

Went at 8:20pm and they had shutdown the deep fryers already. So no fires or some chicken items that required deep frying. You close at 9pm not 8:20pm. Services should continue till closing time not 40 min early.

I love the spicy chicken sandwich when it’s prepared properly. One of the problems with these fast food chains is a lack of consistency and employees lack people skills. All tables needed to be wiped off so I cleaned ours and the floor is clean but super slick. I would not recommend this KFC.

It gets two stars because it’s chicken, it’s tough to mess that up. The chicken was pretty greecy which is to be expected but not very crunchy. Taste was good however. Asked them for some sauces for my chicken, they gave me two sauces only. When I asked for more, they only gave 1 additional sauce. When I opened my food (i got the 12 piece with 3 sides), they did not give me any napkins or utensils…I mean, come on, this is just common sense. Thankfully the hotel i was staying at had these commodities.Not very hospitalable at this location. Man bringing out the food was kind though.

Food was good and it was warm . They did get the order right . I dont know why it still surprises me that they put people who actually hate helping people in customer service positions . It really ruins your entire experience when you have to deal with people like that at this specific kfc . I would avoid this specific location . The woman taking payment is so miserable and annoyed by your presance its not worth going there .
