My partner and I love coming to this location! The staff is always sweet and eager to get it right. The food is always fresh. Prior to this, we never really ate KFC but since trying this location we were very pleased. Honestly, it’s making us very fat due to how many times we’ve been going because we always have such a pleasant experience.

Only reason I gave two stars is because the food was decent, not great, just decent. We were asked to pull up because the chicken tenders needed to be dropped. Thirty minutes later a guy comes out and asks us what we were waiting on, we showed our receipt and he went in and got what we ordered and brought it out. We were the only ones that were pulled up and they didn’t know why?! They asked us to pull up! Maybe it’s because when we pulled up to pay, 2-3 employees were in a very loud argument? Someone needs to straighten this place out.

Absolutely horrible. Obviously a lack of management at this restaurant. The staff failed to acknowledge customers as they came through the door. There was only three people working there. the workers continued working in the back instead of acknowledging customers upfront and helping when they could. I felt as if I was a burden to them when I would approach the register and ask for sauces. When I ordered my Nashville hot chicken tenders I asked for extra ranch, and when I had to approach the counter to ask for the ranch that I did not get it seemed to get on their nerves. Also they didn’t have ice in the soda machine they had to get ice for me behind the counter. I asked if they had sweet tea and she said it’s on the counter, but when I got the sweet tea it was soured from being setting there room temperature probably for longer than the tag stated, so I had to approach the counter again and ask for another cup with some more ice so I could get me something else to drink. I wanted the Pepsi, but when I pressed the Pepsi nothing but carbonated water came out, so I ended up for settling with mountain dew. The food was okay, but it took me an hour to eat there only because it took them forever to acknowledge my presence, took them forever to take my order, it took them forever to give me sauces, and it took them forever to give me a lid at the end so I could take my chicken tenders home with me. When I spoke up for myself and told them that I had been waiting at the counter for 10 minutes just to ask for a lid and that none of them was wearing name tags and nobody gave me a receipt the woman made a comment to her co-worker stating that I had an attitude, so I spoke up and said I only have an attitude because you guys are rude and you don’t acknowledge your customers and I’ve sat here and watched at least two groups of people walk out the door already. I told them they needed to do better.

The management team of this franchise is in clear need of help I am an extremely patient person I served the military and my dad is a retired sergeant major 30 years in the army so I’m extremely disciplined and patient however I got to an interview 30 minutes early and waited 50 minutes to speak to the general manager I felt as though the interview went well the general manager told me he will recommend me for a general manager position at another location and his supervisor will follow up with the second interview Tuesday or Wednesday not only did that not happen I reached out to the supervisor and he told me that he gave permission to the general manager to hire or do as he sees fit I spoke with the general manager again he he said his phone was acting up and he will call me as soon as you get to the store that did not happen. I don’t know if the supervisor does checks I just know that this KFC has management issues and does not follow through as promised I don’t know exactly what the employees go through but the glimpse of the run-around I got I feel for those I have manage multiple fast food restaurant I.e McDonald’s, Burger King. And I’m more than capable of managing KFC maybe it has to do with race maybe it doesn’t it’s hard to tell nowadays but I didn’t appreciate my time being wasted and no one following up to tell me whether I got the job or not

Greeting the customer is first and foremost. Which No one did. Rest rm was clean. Food was alright. Fast service. Should have condiments out so the customer can get to them. Dinning area could have been a little more clean.

I got the 5 piece chicken tenders. They were just ok. The chicken tenders tasted good and they were hot, but they looked like they had been in the warming tray to long. The place was clean. The staff were professional. I liked the biscuit, it seemed soft and fresh. Overall a good experience.

Posting reviews on fast good isn’t something I typically do but when you get such great service it’s hard not to brag. My receipt says her name was Crystal so hopefully it’s her because she was amazing. We went through the drive thru today and she was a sweetheart! Great customer service at this location!

Messed up my order, I asked for BBQ wings but they were out of wings so I asked for tenders with the BBQ sauce and they gave me nashville hot wings still with no BBQ sauce and no additional sauces even when I kept saying I wanted BBQ sauce that said ok we have no ranch….I asked for BBQ sauce not ranch…. the communication was off. The girls working were nice but they just didn’t listen. They have me a random order of popcorn chicken. I didn’t want nashville hot or popcorn chicken and do not feel like driving 20 minutes back to get it fixed so it will go to my kids. Now I have to find something else to eat.
