I don’t really know what to say except for it was probably personal preference but the chicken was gross. My kids, on the other hand, thought it was delicious. I did also spend twice as much as I think I should have spent for what we got. The Kentucky Fried Chicken was in a convenient location which was why we chose it. The girl at the window was not very friendly, and my food definitely was not cooked to order because I ordered 20 chicken tenders and pulled right up to the next window and got them in less than 2 minutes. I’m thinking that’s the reason they didn’t taste very good.

They got too many people playing around behind the counter and not concentrating on what they’re doing. You order through the app and it’s never ready when it’s supposed to and takes them forever to put it together AFTER you get there.

Was asked to wait and which I didn’t mind waited 10 minutes and when I got home my chicken was burnt and the inside was kinda pink then the nuggets weren’t cooked all the way only thing that could eat was the biscuit it’s sad because we were really looking forward to eating chicken what a really disappointment won’t be going back to this kfc

When you look on line their Mac and cheese bowl is $5:00 but when you get to the store it’s $6:79 with tax. Don’t trust the prices on their web site. This was the store on Stadium Drive in Phenix City.

Dirty Dirty Dirty! Someone spilled a drink and they just put a ‘wet floor’ sign! Bathrooms are filthy! It was a former buffet restaurant and as you walk in you are greeted by the empty buffet station. Zero renovations done here. KFC corporate should shut this location down! You will be lucky if you don’t get food poisoning
