The service was decent. The girl who helped us was nice. The food on the other hand has just gone down hill so far. All our chicken was straight up soggy. Like mushy soft. I’ve been a kfc fan for years. But it’s just getting worse and worse each time we go.

I never go to KFC. Even before I became a vegetarian, it just wasn’t my cup of tea. My boyfriend and I decided to eat here today because we heard about the new Beyond Fried Chicken. It is cooked in the same oil as their regular fried chicken, so it’s not 100% vegetarian, but other than that I was very happy with the experience I had here today. The employees were friendly, the Beyond Fried Chicken was incredible, and I left feeling full and satisfied. It’s nice to have meatless options available at a fast food restaurant. We don’t frequent them very often, but KFC is definitely an option for us now.

I waited over an hour for my food. How do you not have chicken cooked and ready when you sell chicken. There were literally over 12 people working and all were just standing around. Cashier’s act like they can’t talk, they just look at you.

This place is a train wreck. Can never get the order right. And once had to wait 45 minutes because they “forgot” about us. I don’t complain on any restaurants, but this place is absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered.

Stopped in for a couple of #16 5.00 fillip boxes. Food was hot and served in timely fashion. Food tastes good with no issues on that part. Restroom floor appeared toilet had over run. It was clean and well stocked but sloppy wet floor and had a stinch of sewer smell. Upon sitting down we had to find a clean table as several were dirty. Other than that I give it a four star as the food and service was good. Friendly staff.

Waited an hour for a 12 pieces family meal they weren’t busy at all chicken was way over cook basically burnt biscuits were still raw only good thing was the French fries but how hard is to mess that up now I am hoping I ain’t going get sick but I feel that coming add to the list never again yea shouldn’t waste yea money either
