I have tried to call the store numbers but they seem to either be disconnected or something. Then name and number listed as the owner had a lady answer the phone and was completely clueless to who the district manager AND owners are- so I’m going to put this out there on a public forum as I cannot reach them. Ok, I went through the drive-thru at the Southside KFC at 6:15pm, while I sat at the window for almost 10 minutes waiting on my ordered and PAID for food this is what I saw: The food service worker (younger female) obviously did not want to be there. She took off her FILTHY blue zip up jacket and laid it in the counter by the register and exposed her whole stomach that was hanging over her pants and the work shirt was short enough to be a crop top. Then she went to fill the bucket of chicken and placed it in a plastic bag packing stand for approximately 8 minutes (out of the heat) sideways. Her colleague came by the placed the bucket upright. She then came back with a packed brown bag that were my sides then proceeded to pack my biscuits. She GRABBED THEM WITH HER HANDS!!!! Then must’ve realized and “found” tongs and proceeded to select them this way. This place is DEPLORABLE!!!! I came home and THREW my sides and biscuits away!!

Very rude staff. We asked for a few extra pieces of Chicken and she wouldn’t sell it to us said they are not allowed. If this is locally owned the owner needs to rethink his staff and hire nice professional people. They practically threw our food at us through the Drive Thru!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! If I could rate less than 1 I would give negative stars!!! They don’t care about customer service.

My last visit was not pleasant. My fries were raw. I had to cook them when I got home. The macaroni and cheese was not completely cooked either or the sauce was straight out of the bag and not mixed or heated well.
