Service and server’s where wonderful. But my spicy chicken tenders were DISGUSTING. there was at least a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of GREASE I had to pour out of them before I held the tenders in several napkins to squeeze some of the grease out of them. Fries were great and the regular tenders were fine . But I do not recommend the spicy tenders AT ALL! or atleast not at this location.

I waited in line for over 15 minutes! I was trapped or else I would have left but couldn’t because once you get in line you cannot turn around. Food was horrible and mushy. Tacos were soft even though I ordered hard tacos.

Ordered on the app, that part was easy. Waiting 25 minutes to get my food was unbelievable. It took me 15 minutes to get there plus the 25 wait, 40 minutes for chicken tenders. The mac-n-cheese was horrible. I love the new fries.

I used to love this place. But that was when they actually had chicken. Twice now I’ve gone there and ordered a bucket of chicken only to be told they didn’t have any. Once I was told they weren’t planning on dropping any for at least 25 minutes. This last time I ordered a 12 piece and they told me that they didn’t have 12 pieces of chicken. What kind of chicken place doesn’t have chicken??? Inquiring minds want to know! They’ve really gone down hill. I don’t plan on going back. Jack’s will get my business from now on !
