WOULD BE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE, We ordered online a 12 piece chicken bucket and fries, We got to the store they told us to wait so we sat down, we waited 10 minutes for our order that was suppose to be done 15 minutes earlier and she warned us the food just came out and was hot, The minute I got in the car I could smell a rancid odor coming from the bag, we tried the fries on the way home and they were cold and hard, We got home and took it out the bag and it was absolute carnage in the bucket, We immediately went back to the store to complain, We spoke to Sherian the manager and we were told she could not refund our money because it was an online order and then proceeded to say she could not take the food back and didn’t offer to replace it at all, she was rude and condescending. We’ll never be eating here again!

KFC has always been good food, but the pieces of chicken are a lot smaller than they were 4 years ago.. The whole rotisserie chicken you can get at Walmart for less than $7.00 is the same size in value, KFC large sides are over priced, $4 and some change. I had a coupon for 8 piece meal $18 and after tax $21 and some change..

We’re from out of town. This KFC isn’t quite like ours at home. The lady running the drive-thru tonight (assuming manager) was absolutely the sweetest. She was so willing to help us that she listened to what we wanted, and then picked the best deal for us. We had the same wonderful service at the window. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes for fresh chicken got home with a 10-piece meal that had evidently been warmed back over because a quarter inch of the bottom of the bucket was nothing but cooking oil. I’ve had a 10-piece meal replaced once before there because the chicken was old they used to not be like that was a really good place to eat. Didn’t bother about having them make the last meal right, I just don’t bother stopping in there. When it comes to having to check the condition of the food before you leave the parking lot every time tells me that I need to find elsewhere to eat and save a lot of aggravation of dealing with consistencies
