KFC closes at 10 pm. So when I got off work at 9pm I came to order me some great special chicken sandwich. But the woman at the drive thru was rude and denied me service. She said only Taco Bell was open. And told us to leave. She was so hateful.That made me sad. and hurt my heart. Never coming here ever again.

My opinion they need to tear this one down and start over fresh. That means new employees as well. And also they need to learn how to put a little extra in their burritos and tacos because there’s been times where I barely have anything inside but they do have one very sweet manager that they need to keep. But I can’t recollect in her name. We’ve actually compare Taco to taco with the other ones in town and the Southside one was the least favorite. We have told them about this issue and and they say this is how they’re supposed to make them. The picture with the fingers in the picture is the one from Attalla and the one that looks like it’s broke is from the Southside with no cheese on it .

I just KFCin south side Al. I ordered the 12 meal w/ 3 sides. I was told at the window all they had available were 3 breast and 8 wings. I asked if they were dropping g more chicken, she said would be 15 to 18 minutes so we decided to wait. Food came and we went home. I checked to make sure I had my sides but I didn’t count the chicken in the parking lot. I ordered 12 I paid for 12 and received 8. The Mac n cheese was very dry and hard. Like it was scraped from the bottom. The staff was very unfriendly and I swear to God they didn’t even crack a smile. I will not visit this restaurant again.if you do I wish you luck.

Ordered and paid for food. After waiting for 10 minutes and everyone else in my party getting their food, we asked about mine and the cashier didn’t want to believe i ordered or paid for anything despite having a receipt. Then they asked if i actually got my food but ate it and got confused.
