Found little white hairs all in my spicy chicken sandwich. Called the store 3 times, now answer. Called and reported to their customer service number. Not sure what that will do but maybe it’ll get someone to investigate. Remember to always check your food when coming here. I will not be back to this location.

I’ve always loved KFC, but here lately the meal at KFC is amazingly delicious…I ordered 2 chicken legs a biscuit, my husband ordered their Famous Bowl. The man who took our order was a hoot…tries to come across as a crochety older man, but he had one hell of a personality and we have now gone there every Friday for our lunch date. Even being understaffed like all the rest of fast food places, they continue to put out a decent meal with great people behind the scenes…good to see

KFC has gine way down hill in the recent years the service especially the one in muscle shoals they’re rude and it takes forever to get my food employees just stand around and look at you and look at their phones and talk to each other while one person does everything else. And then they give you your food and act like you bother them by being there and making them have to do the job that they are there to do.

I don’t see how or why this place is still in business the employees are lazy sitting in between the table & hiding between the drink and ice machine one simple order turned into almost an hour wait they had 3 other cars parked waiting for their order as well all I had was the famous bowl if this place is going to continue being in business the employees & manager should do better then what they did yesterday

At the drive thru today 2/3/23 at 5:33pm my order of small livers were $5.77 I gave the young girl $20.77 to get bk $15.00 she come handing me some change said I gave her $20.59 ! I gave that girl 7 dines a nickel and 2 Pennie’s she got real stuck like she didn’t even know nothing she looked glitched and my sister even gave her an extra .25 cents so she really owed her this girl just acted like a deer in headlights!why would I give her .59 cents that doesn’t make sense where did she get 4 pennies from ? I only had 2pennies so what made it even more worse the Black Manager or the girl didn’t apologize and the Manager just handed the $15.00 out of the window and slammed the window! Yes I’m a very Mad Customer I don’t play today tomorrow or no day I’m helping her to get her paycheck!

Good is pretty good. Like any place that has been around for years, the food has gone downhill. Mashed potatoes and gravy used to be my thing, now it’s like they are dry even with gravy. I still eat here though and I encourage anyone to eat there also, it’s not bad food is just not like it used to be. Staff is pretty friendly as well. I’m not sure if they still do the buffet or not. I hope so. Getting food fresh is amazing.
