I am one that really like white meat and the chicken breast is the perfect size and I love the original recipe. So even though I didn’t see it on the menu I asked if I could get a 1 piece Breast meal and they said I could so now instead of buying just breasts I can get a meal and have the original product which I love right then cause heating up is not an option.

Edit: 3/27/23 we ordered a half gallon of sweet tea and got sugar water and lip from the staff. As our order ran 20 minutes late, the customer before us came in and claimed that their food was improperly cooked. There is soda syrup all over the floor in front of the beverage unit. The staff doesn’t seem bothered at all to help us or the other customer. No sorry, no just a few more minutes, no concern whatsoever. This restaurant needs a serious rework. I imagine it is probably due to poor management, as most all fast food places struggle with. We will not be coming back.

Just placed an order and we are waiting on it. Ordered a half gallon drink bucket because we have a lot to get done today and water to just take it with us. We asked for sweet tea but it was completely clear, they must have forgotten the tea bag because it was sugar water. They argued with us so we just dumped it out and refilled it from the drink machine with lemonade. Then the lady who ordered ahead of us got her food only to come right back in and complain that her tenders were black!

I usually like KFC food alot! This is my genuine review about KFC fast food restaurant in USA in general, I’ve tasted KFC food in different countries it tastes much much better than this! Im not sure if it’s the meat, oil .. Or the way they cook It doesn’t taste as good as KFC should be, there’s something missing .. I’ve tried different locations but their food tastes the same. KFC is a famous fast food restaurant their food and services should be much better, I noticed that they have bad reviews about food, service in different locations I hope KFC staff is gonna take this seriously and they will start making changes and fix it. I wish nothing but the best for them and looking forward to taste their food as good as every KFC should be.
