Had to wait an hour on crispy chicken. Didn’t tell me till after ordered, the chicken was terrible little slivers of bone where it was cut ,hardly any meat on the chicken sides were good. But whole meal ruined because of chicken, wont be going back for awhile, also ordered 8 PC and got 7pcs

Drive thru, was rushed to order something I really didn’t want, then ordered extra sides which they did not give us, and ordered 6 extra biscuits only got 5 of them. Was not happy last 2 times there will not be going back.

Always love their pot pies and have to at least grab me one every couple weeks. The only reason that I’ve rated service as a 3 is because 3 out of 5 times they forget to give me a fork and napkins. Sometimes I’m not taking the food to my home and I’m trying to eat on the go so it’s already hard to be in a hurry trying to choke down food along the way and eating a pot pie and driving is hard as it is but with no fork I’d say it’s near impossible to eat a pot pie with your fingers while going down the highway, could you imagine lol. Anyway other than that no complaints.

If you like petrified chicken, dough ball biscuits, this is the place to go. We had to drive around the building three times before we ever got all that was ordered. No dipping sauce, napkins then raw biscuits. We had always liked KFC but never again thoughts of chicken tenders now turns our stomach’s.

The food had tasted good, the help nice, especially Beth! It’s 30 miles away but better than our KFC that is only 6 miles. I’m wondering why though for the last year or two so many of the bones in the chicken are broken? It used to be just the wing bones that were broken but this time some of the bones in the breasts were broken into small, dangerous pieces as well. 🙁

The man was so rude. I drive an 18 wheeler. They were taking orders through drive through except call in orders. I explained I couldn’t drive through. He told me it would be awhile before pot pies was cooked and he would have to get everyone through drive through before he could ever take my order. I went next door to Lawlers BBQ. They had no problem helping me. Spent $50. Well worth it. Never eat at KFC again.
