Best KFC I’ve had in a while, the food was pretty good and service was fast and friendly. Which was surprising to me because KFC restaurants have become a total let down for me. They close at 8 pm. And if you show at 7:30 you can’t order anything except what they’ve got already cooked because they ain’t cooking nothing. It’s gotten to where the food doesn’t taste like it should the original chicken recipe isn’t right and the coleslaw’s too sweet. And the prices are sky high now! Not to mention the employees are super rude, I think they’re hiring convicts from work release to run the restaurant. Lol just kidding about the convicts but the employees are very rude! And don’t bother reporting it to customer service because they won’t do anything, left a message and they never even returned my call. Ha! Customer service! Right… How about lower prices or offer some coupons to help your customers out in these hard times instead of trying to break they’re pocket books in one visit!!!

The workers were so super kind. But the order was messed up between placing it and getting to the window. Instead of fixing it after waiting on the food to cook and not having what we originally went for, there was just a comment “oh I didn’t ring that up” clearly was in a hurry and already there 20 minutes so I just took the loss. Got home and every single meal had something wrong with it 45.00 not very well spent but our tummies are full and hopefully they’ll do better next time. It looked like they were overwhelmed and short handed

I’m not one to do reviews especially when it comes to fast food. Buy, the communication was awful to begin with. I ordered a spicy Mac and cheese bowl with a coke to drink. When I got to the window I asked the man if they had the buffalo ranch sauce and he said no I wish. Then he came back and said no we do have the buffalo ranch that he thought I was just asking for buffalo sauce we laughed and he asked if I wanted some i replied yes and he turned around grabbed my bag of food and gave it to me thinking he putting the buffalo ranch in there later down the road I found out he did not. But the chicken was real tuff and cold as was the fries and Mac and cheese. Was gonna joke and say the coke was good but! They gave me diet… and on top of all that the service was very very slow lol!

This was our first successful dining experience in this location in a very long time. Several times I have pulled into the drive through to be told they didn’t have what I was asking for ready and it would take 15-30 minutes for the item to be ready. Now they are downsizing the meals and charging extra for all white meat and a second side. $2.49 for slaw that had basicly NO dressing on it is a little outlandish.

Had nothing available on the menu gave me a to go bag even though I asked to eat there..found out why because they shorted my 3 piece to a piece and a half none of my sides were included..if you have people that can’t run a restaurant better off shutting it down
