Seems like this KFC is in need of a new manager. Her horrible attitude is also rubbing off on the staff she should be setting an example for. Her customer service was horrible in the drive thru and she did not like it when my husband started treating her like she was treating us. It’s a shame that people work in customer service but don’t know how to speak or treat others with respect. I walked into the restaurant to let them know how I felt and (not surprisingly) one of the staff members at the front saw a man trying to order in Spanish and told him “no Español” while WALKING AWAY. Like really? I helped the man order his food and told those ladies they really need to learn how to speak to people because this ain’t it. Last time I checked you guys get paid to work there, you aren’t there for free. KFC train your employees better. Look at the reviews for this place, they speak for themselves! FYI: We did not end up getting any food there, I wouldn’t spend a cent there.

The food at this location is always good but the staff is absolutely horrible, they love to argue with the customer, every time I go there my order is usually wrong if you bring it to there attention that usually sparks attitude from the staff even the manager gave an attitude, so after an argument and trying to show my receipt and my bag, turns out THEY forgot to give me my bag of missing food, and in the end at least I got an apology for their mistake.

Food was good. Service sucked. Ordered 2 pot pies, mashed potatoes and fries. Out of pot pie but said it would be 12 minutes to cook so we said ok. Waited 20 min still no pie so went through drive thru again at 25 minutes and was told they just got done and pull forward to bring out. We get the bag and no mashed potatoes or fries. Went in to tell them and said would bring out in a few minutes. Others were doing same. Waited and moved car so others could get out. Waited more and all others left. We were parked right across from drive thru so walked up to window to ask where the rest was. Said they thought we left cause did not see us. Finally hot everything ordered 40 minutes after ordering. Did really enjoy the pot pies though.

It’s 9:15pm KFC doesn’t have pot pies, chicken wraps, or French fries. Asked to pull forward in drive thru line. Parking lot not well lit on North side. This food isn’t for me, picking up for someone else….

After receiving our food we went to look for a table to sit at, out of the 16 tables, 1 was being use and 15 were dirty, covered in food and trash, we had to take napkins and wide the table and chairs down so we could sit down.
