Bought a family pack and drove 20 minutes home for dinner. The chicken was overcooked and dried out. Liked like it had been under heat lamps for hours. Called the store and had to drive back to the store to exchange the chicken.

Terrible. Placed order and paid. To then be told the item wasn’t available. No offer to cook some more pot pies. We never got offered a refund, but an alternative. Chicken breast with Mashed potatoes. Order came no potatoes, just the two extra sides we had also ordered originally. Go back to counter, and the kid tried to tell us we had our sides. Finally got them to understand, and had them dumped on the counter. Rude and Incompetent. They don’t deserve $5 an hour, and definitely not $15. Will never go here again. The staff don’t know their feet from their hands.. No wonder the place was empty.

Sunday, March 20th, Ordered 8-pc tender with 2 sides of Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and was asked what kind of sauce & we replied BarBQ & Ranch. We did not check food until we got home and ABSOLUTELY NO GRAVY on mashed potatoes and NO SAUCE!!!
