Thought I was ahead of the game this time by placing an order online seeing how they never seem to have any crispy breasts. I ordered at 8:15pm for an 8: pick up time. I get there and I’m told they don’t have my order because they now close in 1 hour instead of the 1.75 hours and they already put everything away for the night. I asked for a refund and was told they won’t refund become I ordered online.. and maybe they would if I called. I asked for the manager and was told she was. KFC in Crystal River is the worse ever same as all the other fast food places in this town. No competition! This store deserves an F!

Used the drive thru, ordered 1 four piece chicken tender combo, and 1 five piece chicken tender combo, both with fries and a separate order of coleslaw. What we received was 2 four piece chicken tender combos. One combo had fries, and the other had coleslaw (nooo fries) . So we got cheated out of 1 chicken tender and an order of fries. Unfortunately and frustrating for us, we didn’t find out until we made it home 15 minutes later.

The lady whom is manager is not very nice. Locking out customers and turning them down with only 2 customers eating inside and not much drive thru action. Worst chicken ever! 30 dollars and this is what you get missing sides and small old chicken. Manager wouldn’t even take responsibility or fix the issues. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant.

Was horribly disappointed in this restaurants quality and pricing. Paid almost $20.00 for 8 small pieces of chicken. Nothing else came with the chicken meal. I’ve never seen breast pieces the size of thighs until we picked this up. Will never eat here again as it is So terribly overpriced for what you get.
