The employees are great! I ordered the $5 box with chicken breast.After I ordered they realized they had to cook a new batch they apologized but I really didn’t mind waiting.. when we got the food home we realized that not only did they give us a cake but also gave me an extra piece of chicken and an extra cookie. Great people and Excellent chicken, mashed potato and coleslaw!! The cake is yummy and since it’s my Birthday tomorrow I thought it was so nice of them, even though they didn’t know about my day.. Thank you all for a great meal and experience!!

I understand the you have changed your hours of business. But I sat at the drive-through for 5 minutes and then went into the lobby and ask if they were open at 10:35 and the lady said to give them a couple minutes so I went back out to the drive-through and waited another 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. Dont say your open at 1030 and at 1045 still ignore your customers! 2 other cars left too. Bad management

Just got back from drive thru….only 2 out of the 5 items i ordered was correct. That’s just great with 2 hungry kids. Guess i know where NOT to go next time. Unimpressed. And then tried to call twice….both times it rang and then gave a busy signal. Nice service.

Absolutely the worst franchise in this town. This has been the case long before the pandemic, so they can’t use this as an excuse. The orders are wrong almost every time. They’re constantly out of inventory and cash only on many occasions. The food quality is what it should be, it’s franchise, anyone can heat up food. Who is running this location? Horrible for at least the last 2-3 years. Also, the whole Taco Bell, KFC combination is a train wreck at this location. I never write reviews, I’ve had it with this location, someone at Corp needs to know and do something.

This is quite literally the worst KFC that exists. Sadly, because of the lack of fast options in the area, I am forced to visit this establishment regularly. So that means I can tell you without a doubt that this location is terrible. I can’t tell you how many different occasions something has been forgotten or made incorrectly, they’ve even been out of ICE on about a half a dozen different occasions. I would safely and strongly argue at least 80% of the time. This most recent time, they charged me $1.00 more for whats advertised on their website TODAY as a $5 fill up…. It’s not even worth the time to call. I have called this location before tom complain and was only met with a manger who had a very bad attitude…. This entire store needs to be fired and replaced…. I’m about ready to go up front and grab my food, and I can already hear the other employees in the office complaining about whats wrong with their lunch. Just a huge joke.

I got taco Bell. The lady at the window was rude. After I pulled away and checked my order something was missing I pulled back through the drive through and she accused me of lying saying it was in the bag 3x after I already told her I took everything out to check. I wasn’t even mad until she asked the cook guy and he also said it was in the bag. It was an order of nachos that comes in the big plastic container, absolutely was not in the bag. I’ve worked customer service, I know it sucks, I know people like and are awful but this lady probably needs to find another job without people at it.

I had an issue with my food. I was going to stay quiet about it until the cashier took the initiative to visit my table and ask how my meal was (this never happens at fast food establishments). I told her very nicely what the problem was. She apologized profusely, told me she was going to bring the matter (and the food) to the manager’s attention, and came back with a cash-in-hand refund (I never asked for it). Although I wasn’t wild about the about the food, I was wild about the excellent customer service and attitude of staff members. That’s why this establishment gets 5 stars.
