They completely got my order wrong after I watched her double check my order… and I live in Palmetto, stopped on my way home… drove all the way home and honestly if the food didn’t look so disgusting I probably would’ve just eaten what I got, but this isn’t even close to my order. I got a five piece tender meal, two sides, which were mashed potatoes and gravy for both, a biscuit and a drink. And this is what I got. (Pics below) Also when you go to call their establishment? It just goes to the line is busy so I couldn’t even get a hold of them on the phone to at least get my money back but I will be stopping by tomorrow. I just cannot comprehend how you cannot get a fast food order correctly. Even after you check it twice.

Again I was not given what I ordered when I got home!! On 7/3/23 @ 8:20pm at the KFC on Cortez Rd, I told the order taker at the drive up that a wanted 2 sides of corn that she confirmed with me before she made my order. When I got home I found that I was given 1 side of mashed potatoes with grave and another side of Cole slaw which I threw out in the garbage. I never asked for these sides. Your staff is incompetent and does not review the orders before giving it to the customer! Maybe they need to be trained better!!!

We ordered online for the fill up deal. Our card was charged and everything. When we arrived to pick up our food, the employee notified us that they did not have the items we had ordered. When we asked if we could a refund, all she told me was to contact customer service. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes, just to be disconnected from the call. I still haven’t been reimbursed for my money. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing hard earned money from struggling families. My advise is to work on y’all’s online ordering system communication with the restaurant locations. Also, the restaurant should be held responsible for refunds. Waiting 5-7 days for my money that only took y’all’s company 2 seconds to get from my account is ridiculous.

Update!! They screw you and don’t take their business seriously. The sign on the drive thru speaker says chicken sandwich $4.49 and they said the total was 5.89. I said the sign says $4.49 and all she said was dats roose, dats roose. I can only assume the manager meant that’s the rules, but that looks like false advertising to me!! This place is managed like it’s not a serious business. Horrible staff, always grumpy, they don’t listen to the order, so they rarely get it right, AND the food sucks. EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE. Every time ive stopped by to get a meal from here the people were rude. An employee today was stating that I was wrong for the price I mentioned and was very rude about it instead of correcting me in a nicer manner. He was going to charge me $38 for a meal that was the 5pc tender box meal which is around $11. He seemed like he was in a rush which I didn’t see why since they weren’t busy. I usually don’t write reviews but definitely wouldn’t recommend going here.

While I enjoyed the new Beyond Meat chicken nuggets (I found them crispy and very flavorful). My wife on the other hand did not like her chicken sandwich. It looked nothing like any of the advertisements! It was flattened out, barely coated and it just looked pitiful.
