Have been here a couple times hoping for change if at different time, late evening..no go.. between lunch and dinner..no better .. was overcharged and missing biscuits, the mash potatoes and no drink, waited with 1 car only in front of me for over 25mins.. had a coupon,they wouldn’t honor it.. and paid close to $30 for ??? It was only myself and a friend.. only stopped because I had heard new employees,they were new,but no better..even acting that they could not understand my English.. I’m a past English lit teacher..so really.. hate writing bad reviews,but I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you like cold undercooked, expensive food with service that was horrible.. us there no such thing as “good customer service”.. I was more friendly and polite than the one working.. it’s a shame because I’m certain they could make good money if the effort was put in..or perhaps they make enough on those who know no better.. go at your own risk …

I have not been to this location in a while. A few years ago I would have given it 4.5 stars, however this location has gone down hill. I came here for the buffet but they are no longer offer that option. Because I drove so far I decided to at least order the #9 that includes the chicken sandwich, 5pc nuggets, a side and a medium drink for $12.99. My wife got the same. The restaurant was nearly empty with only two other families. While I was waiting for the order I noticed all of the chicken that was in the hot holding area looked very old and over cooked. Our food was ready within minutes. (I only had time to fill the drinks) The sandwichs were cold but the mayonnaise was somehow warm and yellow. The 5 nuggets should have been counted as 3 because 2 were so small I don’t even know why they counted as nuggets.. more like crispy breading pieces. The best part of the meal was the mountain dew and the bun.

Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches one with the big box and the other one by itself, and 8 pcs crispy chicken , the sandwich was very dry, had just a little bit of sauce and the 8 pcs chicken were burnt and had no flavor. Very disappointed

No buffet. Very disappointed after using the app to search for a KFC buffet and finding this location only to walk in at Noon and see an empty, cold and dark buffet station after a 35 minute drive. I had it years ago elsewhere and it was amazing. Fix your Google profile and your app if your not going to have something any longer. Popeyes next door was delicious, good bye.

We’ll they made my order wrong, charged me an extra 15 bucks then I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes trying to tell them it was wrong, they barely speak English so it’s hard for them to understand me, but that’s not really my problem. Got back to my job site to find what looks like a blue strand of hair or thin string. Definitely won’t be going back here.

Not really fair to rate this place, because I typically use only the drive thru, for quick Friday night take home dinner. Usually the chicken bucket is very good. I have no complaints, other than prices are skyrocketing.. everywhere.

Terrible management. I ordered a Pot Pie (it was very good); 2-orders Chicken Littles, a Classic Chicken Sandwich meal with a large Coldleslaw with a Pepsi; and a 4-pc meal (3-legs & a breast) with corn. I only received 1-order of Chicken Littles, 1-Small Coleslaw, and 3-legs. The corn was all dried out, and the Pepsi was severely watered down. We threw away the corn and the Pepsi it was so bad. When I called to complain about it the manager who could barely speak English refused to do anything to correct their screw-up. This KFC use to be well managed but now the management there absolutely SUCKS!!!
