Wow! I was so surprised how good the food was here. I haven’t been to a KFC in years and years, but I had a coupon that seemed like a good deal so I figured I’d try it out. Everything was so fresh and good. Even the biscuit which I remembered not even liking was tasty. They have new fries which were SO GOOD! Those might not be new, but I’d never had them and I was surprised how tasty they are. Overall very pleased with this visit and definitely plan to go back now that I know how good it is. Yum!

The dine-in crowd here can be a little sketch but not dangerous. The service used to be so awful I stopped going to this location for over 2yrs but a friend said it improved so I gave them a try and the service was somewhat better. The order taking went fine but at the window the girl slung my bag at me and said have a nice day. That threw me off and I almost forgot my sauce because she sure didy t ask if I wanted any. I grabbed my bag and pulled out on a one hour drive. 10 min down the highway, I realized they didn’t give me my drink. Called the manager and He said she would replace the meal, she apologized. Wasn’t her but an employee that needs better customer service skills but I did accept and when I came back in they made sure my order was right. The food was good both times. Much better than in the past. Food tasted freshly cooked.

Very very rude. My first time in Oregon and just came in from late flight. Tried to order food and before I could finish my order they cut me off and told me to come to the window. When I attempted to complete the reminder of my order at the window the guy and the woman both had a very obvious attitude and the guy rolled his eyes. I was overcharged for my order and they didn’t even give me everything I paid for. Despite their rudeness I was polite but apparently it didn’t matter. I’ll never go to this place again thanks to the unbelievably poor treatment I received.

I ordered through the app and they were fast to prepare the order. I ordered dark meat bucket with the original recipe. The chicken were very greasy and the meat was a little bit tough.

Service is a hit or miss. It’s a bit puzzling as to how you can place an order online for a future time, and then have to wait for 30 mins past that time for the order to be ready… only to have it pieced together with old chicken, fresh chicken, original recipe, and extra crispy. But then another visit, the order is up in 5 mins, fresh, hot, and delicious.

Iam giving 1 star not for the food bcuz everyother time I’ve went to this location the food has been on point but this particular evening I went thru drive thru at 915 in the evening and tried to order 2 chicken sandwiches she said they were sold out of the boneless breasts so I said ok how about the chicken tenders she said I only have enough to make one 3 piece meal and bcuz they close in 45 mins they weren’t going to make anymore but she had chicken on the bone I could get. No thanks I don’t eat chicken on the bone. I was shocked that she told me they weren’t going to cook me 2 chicken sandwiches that takes 5 mins to drop in oil. I need KFC CORPORATE to tell me if that’s normal practice bcuz I’ve never heard of such a thing I could see if I showed up 10 mins before closing but come on. No one wants to work anymore.
