I paid $35 for a 12pc and they gave me drums and not a drumsticks..the wings and drumsticks were incredibly small..They are charging full price for half an item? Little drums instead of drumsticks. I got this home to feed 6 people and found out that someone will have to make a sandwich. This was unacceptable.

This KFC continues to be a disappointment. After 15min wait at the window in the drive thru we finally got our 2 chicken sandwiches. Once we got home to eat them my boy and I smelled a burnt smell when opening the bag. Upon opening the bags both buns on the sandwiches were burnt. Just continued failure. I mean turn down the auto toaster oven if it’s burning the bread. If you don’t have one then maybe it’s time to get one to be consistent and not burn the dang sandwich.

I went to KFC today (Sunday) at 5:30 ish. I ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket and a large mashed potato, it was $25 for the bucket not including the tax and when I got home there was 11 pieces of chicken! It would be nice if somebody can actually count. Now everytime I go there I’m going to mention it and count all the pieces right there. Also the lady who took my order said that she accidentally pressed for a small mashed potato and charged me for a small. She then told me that if I wanted a large I would have to pay the rest of the money for a large. I paid for it but then I looked and saw that she taxed me again for a reorder. So I paid a little extra for potatoes.

The Original Chicken was good. Granted, I haven’t been in a long time so wasn’t prepared for the much smaller quantities even when you order LARGE SIZE. Watery mashed potatoes like a poor version of those made from dehydrated potatoes. The MAC ‘N CHEESE was adequate. Used to love KFC’s COLE SLAW, not this time. My “copycat” coleslaw recipe is much better. It will probably be awhile before I go back to the Riverview KFC.
