Placed a drive thru order was asked to park in front, as to not mess with their stats. After 15 minutes of waiting I went in to see employees standing around on their phones and my order just sitting finished on the line getting cold. I would not recommend this location if you want good service.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo asked for no mayo like 3 times due to the lady not understanding English. After receiving my order, they put extra mayo on the sandwich. So I tried to explain to the that I asked for no mayo to get a replacement. She then proceeded to tell me that my coworker had my sandwich, which he ordered no mayo and no pickles. They finally made me a new sandwich, which I had to go back and forth with her two times until they replaced it. Smh, I would not recommend this kfc. The customer service is terrible, the food wasn’t good, and the lady up front doesn’t seem to understand English well.

This is the real KFC experience like you’d get in Kentucky. The first thing you hear is “GO AHEAD!” Rudely shouted over a bad speaker. Then the window attendant won’t be able to hear anything you say! The tenders are a MUST! They taste like they’ve been under that heat lamp for hours, the breading soggy and the inside tougher than most jerky! Possibly microwaved! Which I think is a right of passage for any decent road trip! The biscuits are light and fluffy, the parking lot is safe and well lit! Highly recommended!

Went through the drive-thru, at the window I was handed my stuff and asked to drive forward and wait because biscuits weren’t ready. As soon as I park I noticed they forgot my sauces, and when the employee brings my out my biscuit I let her know they had forgotten my sauce. She tells me she can’t get it for me and I’ll have to drive around again or get it myself. Horrible server. Went in got my sauces talked to the manager and she didn’t care. Won’t be back to kfc!

Ordered $20 in take away Extra Crispy- was Certainly Extra Crispy. More like Extra Burnt. No good for that kind of money. The breading was hard and the meat was dry.

The lady that took my order wasn’t paying attention i order a number one two legs mashed potatoes gravy on the side , she gave me the total. Got to the window and got a total diferente order witch the manager took an attitude. I ask her something and she said have a good one. Really rude and unprofessional staff.

I do not know why but this is the best KFC chicken I have ever had. I have had KFC in different countries and all across the US either I was super hungry or I don’t know but this was the best KFC so far. I didn’t even have time to take pictures because I ate it so fast it was so good.
