Although I don’t frequently visit, I had a need for some biscuits today. I waited in line for ten minutes, during which time nobody spoke to me. After noticing me, the cashier started taking the order of a new customer who had just entered. She took the next person’s order without stopping to inquire about my whereabouts or why I was standing. That is extremely unjust to me and my time. I don’t mind if she doesn’t know, but she saw me in line, so I have no justifications!

The food was ok but my biggest issue is with the the customer service. Management needs to have a conversation with Emmanuel about his attitude and the importance of being courteous. Saying hello, thank you, you’re welcome and goodbye cost nothing and go a long way with people.

I seldom write reviews but in this case it’s a must. I ordered an eighth piece bucket of chicken.. and when I got home I realized there were only six pieces in the bucket. I called the store and I got the manager Kevin. Not only did he offer to immediately replace the missing pieces.. but when I went to get them he gave me an extra bonus!

I love KFC and this is such an awesome restaurant to buy a chicken sandwich in. I have always enjoyed KFC foods. I ordered the new KFC chicken sandwich for the first time and it was okay. It really didn’t have any flair in it. I would prefer a chicken little than the sandwich. I also ordered 2 fries but I only received one of the fries in my order. Overall I’m not used to going to this KFC location and probably won’t be going back. I have a KFC closer to my house. Overall I have experienced better tasting item than the new KFC sandwich. I am disappointed that my order was not fulfilled and I didn’t get one of the fries that I ordered.

Hello Kfc Management,Regionals Directors who ever owns this Kfc you need to have an audit,i cant say how sick to my stomach i am, today was beyond disgusting, i order a 2 pc meal original,I see the lady that is at the window,by the way really nice checks the order and returns it back and said to me… sorry just a min its crispy not original, im like cool 1rst time i see they care to check its correct, so i get the order im on lunch break so let me take a bite fries were not seasoned at all,i take a bit of the wing something was not right so i spit it out the feathers were on the chicken so dusgusting i threw up.I wouldnt feed a stray cat with this,i go back to drive through,show it to the lady she calls the manager, they were omaiga ,im this is disgusting she offer a meal and said sorry, i said ok just showing you this is gross im sick to my stomack and wanting to leave she says it takes a few days for refund, yea ok! Do your job and take pride of the food your serving,we all know chicken has feathers but you must audit and supervise your kitchen! Kfc you know times are tough and lots of buisness are closing,better start working on these issues or you will be next, sorry but not sorry! Will never eat kfc !!

Listen, lol, is KFC. We all know what it tastes like. We all know that it’s greasy. But there are still a difference between different locations. The only reason I’m leaving a review for this one is because it was an enjoyable experience from the time I stepped in the door I was greeted with a friendly hello (which is rare in South Florida). The food was fast and hot and the quality was actually pretty decent. A little less greasy than others but still had that KFC vibe. All in all this is a good location.

New drink only available at KFC, Mt Dew Sweet Lightning, tastes kind of like sweet carbonated orange juice; quite different than orange soda, and quite different than other Mt Dew flavors. Reminds me of orangeade. Try it with a touch of Dr. Pepper, and then it’s not as cloyingly sweet. New fries are good and FLG sauce is available nowhere else. Delicious, and difficult to describe. Service was quick and food was fresh. Dining room is open, with social distancing measures in place. Unfortunately, the chocolate chip cookies have been replaced with less tasty ones.
